2007 wrangler JK 3.8L with t1000 failed

hi, im danny from indonesia
i just bought T1000 from indonesian seller in internet, after succesfully update the tools on my pc with dsdownloaders

i cant tune the car,
i choose performance and choose the tune, it asked me to save original backup. but when i click continue it appear like this

1. Original Backup not saved (-30)
2. PCM: error verifying backup (3)
3. Trinity is rejecting backup. It appears to be a trinity tune.
4. Not tuning vehicle because of backup (4)

may i know on which part i was wrong?
i read forums here for same problem, its said need to make call, but really cost a lot to make call to USA from here. do u guys have whatsapp?

the vehicle has been previously tuned with one of our tuners. To get around this we can force the device to download and install a stock file but you will need to give us a call with the device powered up in the vehicle to do so.
