Caliber SRT4 93 Tune Overboosting!
So I ha had my 93 tune loaded for over a week now and it still is over boosting and pulling throttle at 20+ psi. At Wot shoots past 20 and bounces from 19 to 21 the whole time. I have triple check lines and did a boost leak test and everything is good. I am running stock WGA set with barely any preload. Mods are HKS BOV, catless o2/DP, check valve off and 4" intake.
I recently modified parameters by decreasing boost in Trinity (WG 4k-7k) by 25% and it seems to be holding at 19 but I shouldn't have to be modifying these.
Can someone help me out?

the catless DP may be contributing, is the tool fully up to date?

I disconnected and reconnected the battery and drove around on backup tune for a while before reinstalling 93 tune. Now it spikes past 20 but then levels out at 19 and holds.

How do I see Knock (STKR) viewing the log using Trinity. I don't see anything.

When I go to the viewer, I do not have a misfire section for the PID's. How do I add this?

I have my dodge caliber set on thw 93 octane tune and it's over boosting. It wont pass 10 psi without lagging. I installed an aftermarket blow off valve so I did a few adjustments to the vacumm lines. I need info ASAP thank you. What can I do so it will stop over boosting or lagging?

if you rerouted the factory vacuum lines, you've created boost control issues, Id suggest redoing them or look into a custom tune.

Re: Caliber SRT4 93 Tune Overboosting!
Hey I'm new to all this tuning stuff and I just installed the trinity t1000 on my 2008 Dodge Caliber Srt4 and I'm having some issue. I've installed the 93 octane tune and everything installed fine but when I was out testing driving it I found that when I got on it my turbo would have studder or skip in almost like it wasn't getting enough of something and I was wondering if you guys could help me out. Only upgrades are three inch catback into a 4" mpx muffler. Thanks

Hopefully you have a wideband.... Any time you mess with a factory tune and boost you should have a wideband and you need to monitor knock.Cgreen95 wrote:Hey I'm new to all this tuning stuff and I just installed the trinity t1000 on my 2008 Dodge Caliber Srt4 and I'm having some issue.
