Viewing data logs on computer

I did a couple data logs and I'm trying to view them on the laptop and I cant seem to get it to show them. I'd like to be able to save the files and use it to get a custom tune. I'll show a screen shot of the computer. Thanks. Remember I'm not computer savvy lol.

I fiqured it out. Just had to do a bunch of widows updates

Need to use the DataViewer software to download/view data logs from the trinity...
