T1000 Cal update problem

Hi there, I have just brought a T1000 for my Ram1500 and had it delivered to me here in Qatar, the problem I have is that it wants me to update but DSDL keeps freezing everytime after 10-20% of the update is done. My lap top is running Windows 10 if that makes any difference?
