2005 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel - Catching FIRE!!!

Hi,

I sold a Trinity to my customer and he just called me saying that he plug it in...Then said uploading...and has soon has it hit 30% screen went black..and the he smelled smoke...and he notice after a while that it was the Trinity...He tried to unplug in from the underneat the unit but it was to hot to touch...and he unplug it from the obd.

When it cooled down he unplug it and notice that the connection are all burtn...

What could of cause this?

never seen such a thing, please rma the unit so we can check it out.
