calibration id not supported

hi guys i'm new in the forum and new with the trinity my vehicle is chevrolet colorado 5.3L v8 2009 when i connect the tool to the vehicle it say calibration id not supported so i been try to update my tool with the ds but allways the same problem also i don't have the calibration update option in the DS another thing i can't download this file {t1000_diablo_mega_1r13.crom

There's no need to download anything at the moment as your Trinity is already up to date. Can you connect the Trinity to the vehicle and go to Options, Troubleshooting, Show VIN and post here exactly what the screen shows? I find it odd that when the tool was connected to your truck, it recorded the CalId, but not the VIN. If the tool reads the VIN just fine, then it looks like your vehicle is using a calibration for which they haven't added support. The only reasons why they haven't added support for it are; its either too new, and they haven't come across it yet, or it's too old, they don't support it, and you'll need to get updated by your GM dealer.

Best to post back here with your findings, it'll help the tech guys hone in on this.

let the device read the backup files and post them here so we can add support for your calibrations.
