trinity t1000 issues

bought a used t1000 and had it unlocked over the phone. Installed the 100hp tune on my truck with no issues. I went to change it back to stock and the unit turns off then back on. when trying to go from one tune to another i get the stock backup is corrupt. it looks like its not going to let me upload a video of me going through everything on the tuner ill be more than happy to email it. thanks

I have called, several times actually. Each time after explaining what my problem is I get the "hold on a minute let me check something" and then the line goes dead. 3 times this happened. First I thought it was my cell dropping the call so i called from a land line and was hung up on again. I waited a day because on the previous day I called twice and was on hold waiting to talk to anyone for over an hour each time. Called finally got to speak to someone and was hung up on again. Thats why I came here to the forum to get help. The answers I've gotten calling have all been *click* ....

I dont know whats up with that, but I can assure you we dont just hang up on callers. It defeats the purpose of being here :)
Please try again when you can, its super slow today and you will get right through.
