monitoring help

ok first of all the tuner is great, lots of power, the problem I am having is when I go to the monitoring option it says GM-GAS, and it only gives me the option for a gas truck, I have a 04 Silverado 2500hd 6.6 duramax lb7, Tool: trinity

no help with the tech support, I have not 1 diesel option when I make my own layout, I hooked it up to my friends 06 LBZ and it has the layouts for that model, is there a way I can have it sent in for a software add on for the 04 LB7, it is up to date, I just feel like I have been ripped off, $500 for just a few tunes, I want to be able to read what my truck is doing also

this is a bug we are looking into, but if you create your own layouyt in logging it will work fine.

Yes it does work fine for engine temp, RPM, I alread have that on my dash, I was hoping you all could make it work for the 04LB7 like it does for the LBZ duramax, thanks a bunch.

I understand, what I am suggesting is you should be able to go in the logging menu, select create a new layout, and make one using the diesel specific pids that you want to monitor.

I had a chance to test this on a buddys 01 Duramax the other day, and when I selected 2001 Chevy 2500 6.6 from the change vehicle type menu, it gave me the 01-04 Duramax layout, please give that a shot, and try the restore default layout option if that does not do it.
