UNKNOWN PCM Issues!!!

Hi All!
I'm new to this whole tuning kick and am looking for some help!!

I recently purchased a used I1000 for my truck - 2015 GMC Sierra

and after doing an initial update via PC, attempted to tune my truck with the 87 octane tune but didnt get passed this message of an unkown PCM and to email the associated file to support.

So I am attaching said file in hopes that I get a response ASAP!!

Really want to see what this thing can do!

The 2015 models are not supported by the older i1000, and we are no longer making updates for the i1000, so unfortunately this will not work.
We offer a nice upgrade if you want to trade in the i1000 toward a new i3 or Trinity.

Have you updated the device with the ignition program to make sure its up to date?

Will try the ignition program tonight when I get home. But when I looked for updated software for the i1000 I could find anything called ignition. Would it be located somewhere else?

So I installed the ignition software and everything seemed to be working fine, it recognized the tuner, started downloading the updates and proceeded to install and finished. But when it finished I got this message(adding screen shot of entire screen)

as well I have included the info file if that is of any help.

Dont know what else to do!!!!!

Tell me more about this upgrade to the I3!!!!

download this file then load it to the intune drive to see if it will load the updates.

So I was able to update the unit, but when it goes to export the original backup it says erro exporting unknown pcm.

I double checked the application chart and it says my truck is supported.

So there must be a way to get this damn thing to work!

if its not supported with that update, its not going to work. Upgrade is the best option at this point.

It works!!!!!

I feel like an idiot but it works!!

Didn’t give it enough time when updating it on my PC.

Feel a big difference already, and that’s just the basic, I haven’t even touched any of the other options yet.
