2003 Chevy Tahoe z71 BCM replaced now can’t adjust tune

I have a in tune with the diablo tune set and I swapped the bcm with a salvage unit off eBay. I meant to load my original tune back on prior to the swap, but read bcm was not related to tunes done on the pcm, got in a hurry and just did the swap and the key cycling to have vats relearn. No problems , but a few months later I got a CEL and tried to make an adjustment for the tire size and it fails and the intune goes into recovery mode and asks to load stored tune. If I attempt to now read or load the factory tune, the intune now says there are no stored files for my vin. If I now try to load the diablo tune it reads what is on the truck, attempts to write new file, then fails and goes back to recovery; which I let it do.
Suggestions?

please post the current info.xml file from the intune drive, and anything from the tunes folder.
