I1000 freezing

Hello All,

Like many others my I1000 freezes when trying to restore car to its original tune.

I opened a trouble ticket with Diablosport yesterday but have not heard anything back. Does anyone know how long it takes them to respond or have any ideas on how to correct the issue?

The tuner has been updated to most current firmware.

Please post the current info.xml file from the intune drive.

we'll need to reset it to fix it.
Please attach the backup from the tool then we can proceed to reset.

I called in and spoke to Rich. Emailed him the requested files after resetting the I1000. Just waiting for him to email back what I need to do next to restore to stock.
