2006 Mustang S197 Cooling Fan Values:

[2006 Mustang GT]

My 2006 Mustang GT has the following options for the cooling fans:

1. Low Speed ON

2. Low Speed OFF

3. Hi Speed ON

4. Hi Speed OFF

5 Hi Speed CONT

I have adjusted them, in consideration of my 160 degree thermostat, so the thermostat is always open and I am controlling temps via the fans:

1. 195

2. 187

3. 212

4. 200

5. 215 Continuous

I found no options for values with or without A/C on, as I have read about in some forums, or any MPH values associated with the fans. Is this common with the 4.6 Ford tunes????

I don't mess with many Ford's but I pulled a 06 file in another software (could be something more in DS CMR tho) and they're set as you have detailed.

I don't have a file for 06 Ford in CMR but if you'll post your last tune written I'll check it in CMR if there is more adjustable in CMR vs the handheld.

Ideally make sure you lower all of them by the same amount.
