Powerteq Cloud update failed... Ignition updater
I was updating the i2 using ignition. When I initiated the update, I got this message. Any ideas? (pic attached)

Same problem here. For a 2017 silverado 5.3. Hopefully tech support can get us updated asap!

turned off firewall still didnt work same message

that sucks man, not sure what to tell you. did you contact tech support? they got back tome next day. I did it in this sequence.
uninstall and reinstall fresh ignition software
restart pc
turn off windows firewall
open ignition
plug in i2 and wait.
then it worked. Like I said if that didn't work for you that sucks bro, hopefully tech support gets back to you soon.
