Never ended updates?

Plugged in my InTune today for the first time in about a year. Of course it wants to update, so I let it. Completes. Open InTune again, wants to update again. I let it. Completes. I do this 14 more times and now I'm annoyed. I just want to deregister one of my trucks so someone can buy it.

What's going on?

delete the group_update file from the drive and please post a copy of the info.xml file here.
