Issues updating intune

Post by nicholas.willoughby »

When I tried to use the Ignition Updater I get the device error please call technical support under details it says Device SKU cannot be determined.
I then tried to just double click CD Drive Diablosport, it updated something rebooted the device and now says An unexpected error occured: Tool OEM is missing Parameter name: oem twice. Is there anyway you could help me get this updated?

FORD PID Db: 1r01b
Application: 1r01h

this device is super old, hasnt been updated in probably 4-5 years?

Need to load the 1r01i file first, then the 1rt03y file, once it imports them inthat order, use the ignition software to update the device.

Hello

Is there a fix for this? I am having the same issue and need to update my tune to the latest for an emissions test.

Info.xml attached

Any help would be much appreciated.
