Intune I 1000

I have a issue with the i1000 it won't accept any tunes, updates, can't delete any vehicles an says that the vehicle isn't compatible with my car. It has 3 different vins in it but I basically can not do anything with it what so ever. Please help

can you post the info.xml file from the intune drive?
