MAC user needs help

I downloaded "68064919ad.drg" and MikeL said to delete it, but I can't get rid of it. I have CleanMyMac2 and it doesn't seem to get rid of it. Any help?

So, I was able to get rid of the .drg. Now I have Group_Update.itfg, info.xml, logs file (empty), runtime file (empty) and intune file (empty) and the screen is that blue/silver. It has been that for awhile. Nothing is working, WTF?
