I have been manually dragging and dropping the update files to the intone drive from my mac. Do I need to drag one file at a time then unplug the intune and plug it back in? I have also gotten a message on the intune that says: "The key is" and 5 rows of numbers and letters. such as 63de9a, 59ff20 ETC. When I enter the message it says wrong passcode. Any ideas?
