I purchased an i2030 for my 2014 Sierra. I plugged the unit into my MacBook and looked for updates and got a loading screen on the tuner that lasted for over 2 hours. My daughter accidentally unplugged the cable from the tuner so I started the process over again but am getting a different screen on the tuner. It just has the Diablo emblem on the tuner and the computer says that the updates have been downloaded to the device. It's been like this for over 3 hours. What should I do?

does the tool ever boot back to the home screen?

No it does not. I spoke with your rep on the phone today and also got an email saying that the tuner need to be sent in for repair.
