inTune regristration/update issues
I purchased the i-1000 in like Jan of 2014 and registered it once i received it. Did the updates and attached it to my truck. I never updated it after that. I just recently released it from that truck and purchased a new one (2015 Silverado). When I plug it into the MAC to download/drag and drop the new updates to the inTune after it restarts it has the message cannot be updated until it is registered. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and help with this.

please post the info.xml file from the intune drive, and we'll create the registration file for you. Thanks.

I started having the same issue after updating from 1r03w to 1r04b. I still have 8 more updates before the device is current.

I'm a new user and experiencing the same thing on my Mac. Every time I try to run the update the app crashes and I have to unplug the USB and reconnect it. Can you send me a registration file?

I've got a intune 2 for my jeep srt8, I run a Mac and I received a custom tune today via email drag and drop it in to my tune file but nothing comes up on my intune 2 so can't load the tune up to the Jeep

dont put it in a folder, just in the root of the i2 drive.
Then eject it from the mac, let it reboot and copy it in again and it should import from there.
or, do it on a PC and it will import on the first try
