I just got my new intune and plugged it in to my Mac to update it as the instructions said. I have Java on my computer so that wasn't an issue. I drilled through the menus and found the Mac updater and opened without issues. It looked like everything was working good. The inTume was going through update screens and then it just stopped. The screen says "in progress" at the top and the bottom says "group_update_0". It has sat at the same screen for several hours at a time. I have restarted the process a few times with the same result. What am I doing wrong?
Another question: where do I find the serial number for registration? The only number that I found was on the bottom of the box. A small sticker with a bar code and some letters and numbers next to a sticker that says May-16. Is that the serial number?
