Can't go back to stock

Hello,
I bought a inTune from a friend and it worked great until it crashed while saving a data log. The device was corrupt but I was able to get it working again from following other threads.
Only problem now is when I go to revert back to stock it says no backup found. When I try to flash another tune it gives me an error (pic attached).


I will attach all files I believe necessary.

If anyone could please help it would be much appreciated. My truck needs to go in for warranty work and I don't want to have the tune installed when I bring it in.

Forgot the error message

"ECM has been tuned before by a DiabloSport product. Please email the ECM_12624185_BackupDiabloTune file in /tunes to support@diablosport.com

save this to the i2 drive and let it import the file then load it to the truck and it will set the pcm back to stock.

Hey thanks for the quick response.

Unfortunately it did not work. error code 1004 "failed to initialize calibration"
