Can't create backup file

i restored and released my 08 grand jeep then plugged into my 14 srt jeep was told to update. updated using ingition updater. went back to srt and installed calibration update. when i go to tune select diablo tune it starts to do a backup file then i get a error. couldn't creat backup file then get failed to read pcm original backup. error code = 0xffffffff. whats the deal any help would be great

i1000 only supported 05-10 cars/trucks, the 11-14 models required the I-1000-dcx.

well that would be a good reason why it doesn't work. thanks for the responce. loved the tuner on my 08 5.7 keep up the good work. Just wish you guys would sell your cmr software to just anybody so we could really F our cars up.
