I3 Problem

Post by larrygaither »

Had to put my 2019 non etorqe 5.7 laramie in the shop. Restored unlocked pcm to stock tune, took it off and put original pcm on. Got the truck back and removed the original pcm and replaced with unlocked pcm. Updated the I3 and went to install tune, tried advanced tune and will only let me install stock tune, it will not let me modify tune. Also I had put a couple modified tunes on the I3 as custom tune and after the problem went to computer and deleted them, they still show on the I3, I also loaded a tune on the I3 and it does not show up. And yes I deleted the runtime folder.
Does it need to be reset?

Hello,

Marry the device with one of our canned tunes and you should have the option after to install custom tune

Can you attach the info.xml file to the main root of the device drive or Email to StephenR@powerteq.com

Thanks
