Hello I have the I3 (inTune i3 for Jeep - 8400) for Jeep (SRT 2014) and I got a custom tune, however when I try to load it I receive the following error: "custom tuning is not currently supported by this diablosport i3". Is there an additional license I can purchase purchase in order to unlock custom tuning for the i3? Or do I need to purchase the 8445-1. Thanks

you need to have the PLATINUM version tool to be able to do custom tuning... You have the regular version that can NOT do custom tuning...
