It's going on 4 months since the 2015+ trannys got support. Any progress on 2013/14s???

Maybe the 18s should be put on the back burner until the ones from four and five years ago get done! Not quite understanding that logic. I've had this tuner for almost a year now with no tranny support on a vehicle that's been out for 4 years. And the new cars are getting the priority?

While I understand your frustration, this was an addition/enhancement to the existing applications.
It wasnt something that was supposed to be there. We decided to add TCM and make it a free update for anyone that had the device. Unfortunately the effort to get 14 done has run longer than anticipated, but your device still does everything it was intended to do when we sold it to you initially. I hope to see this get finished and out the door for sure, the goal is not to create unhappy users.

Yeah this is taking way too long Mike... Do us 2013/2014 guys have any options? Can we get a 2015+ unlocked ECU package and have trans tuning capabilities? I'm about to ditch this and go HP Tuners which already has engine and trans tuning for our trucks...

I respectfully disagree.

Your advertisements and your website features/ search indicate, or did for an extended period, that the tuners will support the changed shift points, etc.
I cant see or support your position on this. transmission tuning was expected to be part of the product, just as it was for the LX/MOPAR since the inception of the Product line.

I had the same issue in 2009 when I tuned my 2008 Charger R/T. The Predator did not allow me to change shift points, although your website indicated it would. Sometime later it was added.

I have a 2014 Ram... I was aware that transmission tuning was not yet available( even though your website indicated it was) when I tuned it. I am waiting...... Obviously Diablo didn't know there would be more issues with transmission tuning for the 2014...I remember Diablo stating that their 2014 was giving them trouble...updates included flying in an engineer......then ....hopefully a few weeks...... that was months ago.

I think most of your clients realize you can't discuss specifics....a lot of what you are ( or were, apparently) doing is proprietary.

But no updates eludes to no progress/ not working on it anymore.

No, I don't expect a delivery date that I can pin down. Yes I would like a more realistic picture of what the situation is IRT this issue.

I just updated my I3 and I now have trans tune. So does this work with the 8 speed transmission or did my update get messed up?

we have identified a few specific 14 Ram cals that seem to behave properly, and have added them to the devices. It should work fine.

Updating my i2 right now to see if it works for mine!

Updated my i2. It shows TCM transmission tuning options now when plugged into my truck and the performance transmission tune option. Reads and exports my factory TCM tune and then gets through most of the writing TCM tune process and fails right at the very end.

does it allow you to go back to stock each time?

It just says it failed and to reboot the tool. The tool was in recovery mode at one point and I just skipped it but the truck still operates fine but I don't notice any difference in shifts. Let me know if you want to run through some diagnosis with me and we can try to figure it out! Just let me know what you need me to do on my end.
