i3 Vehicle not suported

i3 Vehicle not suported

Hello
After a while i did not use the i3 i get the message "vehicle not suported" It say there are updates and i made the download. But it is everytime the same when i try to connect to the vehicle.
I have had only MDS off and maybe on the last service they made an update on the pcm, but i am not sure.
It is possible to reset the device without calling the service, because i am from Germany?

the device is not asking for an update but if you took it to a dealer without putting the stock tune back first they likely flashed over it locking you out.
We'll need to reset it, it would be best to call in please.

Thank you.
I did not know i have to go back on stock tune before an service.
I am not sure i will understand everything on a call...it is not my mother tongue 8)

What do i need to prepare ? The device connected to the PC or it have to be connected to the vehicle?

it just needs to be powered up either way so we can reset it.
