Buying a used hemi truck or suv with 150k+ miles on it?

So I've been looking at buying a used dodge truck or suv. Found a few options online but they all have high mileage. I found a Durango with 170k on it, a few Jeeps with 150k, and a couple of rams with well over 200k thousand miles on them. What is your opinion on buying a truck or suv that has a hemi with high-mileage on it? If I go look at one of these vehicles what should I be looking out for?
