i3 - my car not supported??

i3 - my car not supported??

In september I bought an i3 unit for my Jeep GC 5.7 hemi 2006. When I first tried to connect to OBDII in my car after updating, I got the message "This Vehicle is currently Not Supported; an update may be required. Please plug this device into a PC to download any updates." However, when I reconnect the i3 to the computer I have been unableto get updates. I have tried severel times but yesterday I tried again with "Update agent" and downloaded available files for my device. Then I again connected the unit to my car and received the same message again "This Vehicle is currently Not Supported; an update may be required. Please plug this device into a PC to download any updates" .
When I reconnected it to my computer there is no update.

I need help to be able to use my new i3!

Unfortunately we do not support the 05-10 export cherokee models, they are just not available for us to get the files.

Does it also apply to a Jeep Wrangler TJ 2005 4.0l that I have?

the TJ should be fine.
The only exports we have no way to support are the 05-10 WK models.
