2012 Ram bighorn fluttering at full throtle

after changing plugs and updating my I3, at wide open throttle the motor seems to fluttering/shuttering. can you give me some ideas how to remedy this please?

cant say i have ever heard of such an issue, doubt its tune related, more likely related to the physical changes you had just made ;)
