MDS OFF LONG TERM

I was wondering if anyone knows what the long term effects of having MDS off on a vehicle that has stock cam and internals? I mean other then worse gas mileage then we already have.

No negative affects that I am aware of.

@mikel so turning it off the mds with a cam that has mds is still fine or do i need to change cam and lifters?

no need to change cam and lifters, just disabling it should be fine.
