Bought license installed on 2014 jeep car won’t start now. Tried installing back up and nothing and now says failed to install tune and stuck in limbo
update 1/25/2020 turns out that for 2012/14 jeeps need a portable battery charger to properly install tune due to the time it takes for the i3 to write the tune. so went to costco bought a portable charger two days later after it was fully charged was able to install 93 octane tune with out any issues, seem to drive well will update in the future hope this help those jeep owners.

By limbo I mean it won’t start. I push start button and engine cracks but that’s it nothing. And uconnect screen goes white then off.

I have seen this too. I had 2013 challenger and went through the same things you did. Had to hook up a battery charger if I was putting it back to stock or taking an initial backup read. My brother in law’s 2014 Ram was the same way, almost scary how long it would take, anxiety because you just know something is going to go wrong. I remember reading somewhere on the forums that 2013-14 mopars are a special case, something about a bootloader swap being unique to those years. I have a ‘17 300 and a ‘18 challenger and those can be tuned in minutes.
