i2 2013 Ram 1500 - not supported suddenly?

Title says it all. Worked when I bought it, just had new tires put on truck and want to update the speedo and can't cuz it said needs updates. Plugged into pc and updated, now all says is vehicle not supported. Still has my Hemifever tunes in it. Please help.
