Returned to stock then vehicule not supported

I have been using my i2 on my Ford 3.5 ecoboost since 2019 with no issues. I had to return to stock to go to the dealer for a software update (recall) I tried to tune it back and it says that my vehicule is not supported. I've tried to update my device without results, what happened?

its not showing an unsupported string here. My guess is there may be a communication issue? Confirm it shows VIN in the tool info menu under the ? on the home screen.

I tried to update my I2 this morning and it worked this time, don’t know why! I did tune my truck with the 87 tune and it went through...the only difference is that the unit gave me a choice for the tcm...it was not the case before
