13 Focus ST , I2020 not recognizing custom tune

2013 Focus ST
I can load the custom tune to the E drive and tuner says custom tune loaded , hit continue , go to settings and erase custom tune and its there , go to tune vehicle , advanced and the custom tune option is not showing available , ran updates no luck
