New In tune 3 Buttons on screen won't work

I just opened the box on my new in Tune 3, and the buttons on the screen won't work. Has anyone else had this issue, I can't imagine what I could be doing wrong? Without the buttons on the screen I can't make any selections. I even tried to update the tuner and it did that but I needed to do a restart and I could input with the tuner.

Load this to the i3 drive and see if it helps, if not give us a call and we'll get it swapped out.
