Hello I was given an i3 by a customer , the xml shows a a license available but when I hook it up to my obd and proceed to update it says update required. I have updated it to current firmware. I have attached the xml

Are you trying to tune a 2018 model?
The Fiesta ST support is only up to 2016 unfortunately.

I looked a little further and the 18 cal is the same as most 17s and it is supported, you should be able to tune the 18.
