Did i2 upgrade fail?

Did i2 upgrade fail?

I connected i2 to a Windows PC and updated it by i2 updater and ignition.

The update seems to be successful, but the Database information is missing. Is this normal?
See attached before and after Database Information description.

If it is abnormal, please tell me how to fix it.
In the current state, pressing the Application Information button freezes the i2 itself.

sorry, just realized you were using the old i23 updater.
Please install the update agent software form our website and use that, i2 updater hasn't been used for some time now.
