Tis applies to all C7 Corvettes, as well as 15+ Trucks and SUV models that are equipped with the 8 speed.
If the TCM is not up to date from GM, the tool will read out the existing file and ask you to send it to us, so we can add support for it in a new update.
Thanks
Just got my I2030 today and updated. Tried to read my 2016 C7 Z51 A8. Could not read the TCM, said had undefined somethings and just stopped at 25%. Rebooted and did standard 93 octane tune.
How long does it take to get a response for an unknown TCM. I sent an email with my file to support on Thursday but didn't get any acknowledgement of receipt. (15.5 yukon denali 6.2/8 Speed).
I haven't been on the forum for awhile so forgive me if this has been asked but is this only available on the I2 or Trinity? I have the original Intune and have been waiting for this for a long time. Also I have 2 custom tunes from Lew and if I need to purchase new tuner will the custom tunes work with them?
Thanks.
Bummer. I'm very happy with your tunes and unfortunately $400 is too much to spend just to get the 8spd tranny support. Thanks for the quick reply though.
Bought my new Itune last week and was told the tune for a 2017 Chev 6.2 would probably be released today. What is the status? I have been waiting three months on this and bought the tuner based on it supposedly being about ready to go. I need to be able to reset the gear ratio on my truck.
