6l80 in silverado shifts like crap after tune

Arround 4000rpm to wot the trans has a pause then slams into gear from 1st to 2nd and then from 2nd to 3rd. 2011 5.3 6l80

Mike i just tried to download it and it wont come up on the device i just called support to try to resolve this issue and he used logmein to try to get it to download he couldn't get it to download either it seemed like he couldn't figure out what was wrong so the only thing he said is send it in for repair and pay for it to get fixed. This shouldn't be the case i shouldn't have to send the device in because it inst downloading a custom tune it shouldn't have any problems at all. all i want to do is get the truck to stop the rough shift that the tuner made it do in the first place, what i can do to get that tune you sent me to install?

the device needs to come in unfortunately, its missing the installer file as the tech discovered and will not import files unfortunately.

it will work fine without coming in but wont allow you to import any files unfortunately.

i bought this device last year, never touched the device besides putting the tune on my truck and on my car i never wanted to mess with the custom tune stuff until the shift problem bothered me enough, so i received a faulty device that should have came with the installer file and didn't from when i first bought it.. now am i going to have to pay for this or is this going to be covered because i know just putting 2 easy tunes on 2 vehicles won't just magically make the installer file disappear?

looking over your logs, the file was there as recently 7/31/18.

If you purchased it within a year we'll cover the fix under warranty.
