PCM_Unknown Backup

Trying to get my program done and was told to send this file to support but no one has ever responded since I have done so. Can anyone help me out with this.

Also, when I plug it in to my Mac, the app says unsupported device or something like that and to contact customer support. This is a brand new I3.

I emailed this file to support@diablosport.com like instructed and now posted here and still getting no where. Basically this brand new I3 is a paper weight and I'm getting pretty frustrated with the company. Just saying.
