I tried to copy the saved Back Up tune from my pc to the tuner to start over but when I plug the tuner in the car it has no backup tune?

The backup tune saved to my pc I copied to the I3 folder called tunes. The tuner says a custom tune was uploaded?

Currently the files saved to my pc are copied to the tuner but the tuner does not recognize them anymore?

I have no other ideas but the tuner only ask to tune the vehicle and will not install anything?

HELP!

the info file indicates the device is not married.

custom tunes should go in the root of the drive and then get imported and disappear, they should not be in the tunes folder.
I also see a copy of the last tune written in the root of the drive, that does not belong there either.

Please give us a call if needed.
My guess is this is an ACC/RUN issue, are you pressing/holding the start button for 8-10 seconds to engage run mde to start the process and for each key cycle request?

Mike thanks for your help.

I have saved everything from the I3 on my pc everytime something was tuned.
Here are the files saved on my pc starting with the root folder and then showing all the saved files in the tune folder.
This is the first time this has happened and things are really screwed up now?

Can't I restore the files from my pc when everything was working to the tuner and re-install?

ok, are you making copies of the folders and leaving them on the drive?
dont do that....
you should nopt be editing anything on the i3 drive.

delete the folders you made
delete the custom tune from the tunes folder
reboot, try again.

Back from Dealer and installed tune and back to engine reduced?

Tuner is updated but every time I try to tune or go back to stock this happens?

Waiting on my next step of what to do to get a tune in the vehicle?

I dont know, I am not seeing this anywhere else.
Do another battery reset and I will have to try to replicate this.
