WHY WOULD THERE BE NOTHING IN THE TUNES FILE?

because you dont have a tune on the truck.
load a tune to the vehicle then get the files from the tunes folder.

sorry for the delay, we have most of our staff working remotely due to the current issues and it has slowed tings down, hopefully we see some relief here soon.

Taking my vehicle into the service department for some updates on the steering and breaks they have to refresh the ECM so I'm gonna remove the tune. Should I update the programmer before removing the tune?

If its working fine now, no need to update again.
