new guy needs tune help

i just got the i3 today for my 2018 1500 5.3 had a few questions,,,
can you adjust shift points with this tuner. was under the impression you could.
how do you get cutom tunes
and the wot does what and should i change any of the to get better hp out of the truck.
so far the tune is kinda lack luster for me so just wanting to make sure i adjusted everything to get the max out of the tune

f its an 8 speed, no shift point adjustment, that requires a custom tune from someone like Jay Green or hemifever tuning.

No need to make any changes to the WOT spark or fuel parameters.

Hi there...

If you have the 8 speed tranny, then nothing can be done for the tranny at all.. can not do anything about the shifting... the 8 speed tranny is not tunable, so only the engine can be tuned.

If you have the 6 speed tranny, then both the engine and tranny can be tuned.
