update issues on mac..again

I did try to connect it to Wifi (charg it with usb, not computer).
It was connected, but it said CONNECTION FAILD!
Then i tried to uppdate, but UPPDATE FAILD!

Can i realy trust this item and connect it to my Mercury?

the wifi has no impact onthe performance of the device. Id suggest updating via usb for now.

It feels like you avoid my problem. I cant use my Intune, and i need it right now!!

in an effort to resolve your issue, i would suggest connecting to a pc via usb and running the updater program, and the tool should be ok once its updated.

I just tried to update my I2030 on my mac, after the update it ask me to press "continue" to reboot the tuner. It gets stuck on the "please wait screen" and will not reboot. Help please.

Its impossible to use Apple or Wifi. You have to use PC after the last update.
Its solved my problem (exact same as yours).

Macs just make it difficult as they dont allow the drive to eject. Manually ejecting it should resolve the issue, but a PC makes it much simpler.

Mikael. No it doesnt. Its impossible to use after you updated it via MacBook. I'd tried it even with USB and it doesn't work.
I solved it by using a PC. But it's still impossible to use wifi. Why?
