Stuck on I2 logo screen

Ok, so i bought a second license tonight, but before i was able to load it on i had to update the I2. First it got stuck on the "please wait" screen. Tthen after unplugging after waiting an hour on that screen, it is now stuck on the I2 logo loading screen. It doesn't fully start. It doesn't show up on computer. It is frozen on startup!! I know diablosport is closed, but has anyone experienced this? How do i reboot this thing? It seems like there's always a problem when updating!!! HELP!! Thank you

try letting it sit then boot it in the vehicle and see if it boots up properly?
