Trinity 2 EX Software Updates

Feeling like its Groundhog Day but I'm stuck in here without Andie MacDowell! After successful reboot and allegedly successful install, I get another freakin update message.

Help me MikeL - your my only help...

update it once and walk away, theres a bug that reloads the same files over and over.

I can not update my Trinity ex it says I have updates and I start to install it goes through the motions and will timeout and give an error message that something has happened and the unit timed out hit continue to reboot I do and it goes through the motions and times out with the same message. Plus cant find vehicle vin on the Trinity when looking for it just has Vehicle Vin
