"No room on device" Error

I attempted to update my I3 today and when I try to use the Ignition updater it says there is an update available, starts updating then says "there is not enough room on this device".

Attached is a screen shot of the updater screen.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.

usually means there is another update still sitting on the drive or some files you copied to the drive that do not belong there, take a look at the i3 drive.

I dont see any files or anything that does not look like it belongs. When I plug it in now it also will now get off the loading screen. I am able to access it via computer but cannot do anything on the device. I attached the "info" file.

I see the issue, its missing a file, and will need to come in for repair, please give us a call to get it sent in and reference that it is missing the installer.
