So I am trying to pull up my i3 on the Ignition app and just says "Connect device" and never sees it. Tried it on a PC and now my Mac.
I already had it working on my PC a few weeks ago and I am trying to pull up again because I have the P0601 error code in my truck and am trying to export that file. I read on other posts that this error code can get fixed with a modification to my tune file.
My main concern is exporting the file to get rid of the error code. If there is another way to get that file, without the Ignition app, that would be great. Else, I need to figure out why the Ignition app won't detect my i3. Thanks!

you dont need Ignition to get the file, its in the tunes folder on the i3 drive, post a copy of it here and I will kill the code.
As for why its not seeing it, not sure...t does create the i3 drive on the pc correct?

Should the i3 pop up as a drive? Nothing pops up when I plug it in...
