Buggy Software

The Ignition software is buggy both on Windows and Mac!
On Mac, each screen takes forever to load and then you go through the payment process, it gives you multiple white screens with no indication that anything is going on.

On Windows, I managed to login to my paypal account, and now its sitting on a screen that says Paypal $149.95 and no Buy Now button. Only a "Cancel and return to PowerteqLLC"...

how do I buy additional license when the software does not allow me to??
